Understanding the Transaction Hashtag (#)

Important: The Transaction Hashtag (#) is mandatory.

Every USDT transaction has a unique transaction reference, just as a bank transfer has a transaction code or transaction ID.

In Xnvia, this reference is called the Transaction Hashtag (#).

The Hashtag allows Xnvia to identify and correctly match your USDT transaction with the corresponding transaction in the system.

Why is the Hashtag important?

The Hashtag is essential for correct transaction identification and processing.

If the Hashtag is missing or entered incorrectly, Xnvia may be unable to identify or correctly match the transaction.

Where can you find the Hashtag?

When a USDT transaction is completed, the sending wallet or exchange provides a transaction reference or transaction ID.

Open the transaction details in the wallet or exchange used to send the USDT and locate the transaction reference.

Copy the complete reference exactly as displayed.

How to enter the Hashtag

• Locate the completed USDT transfer in your wallet or exchange.
• Open the transaction details.
• Find and copy the transaction reference or transaction ID.
• Return to the corresponding transaction in Xnvia.
• Paste the reference into the required Hashtag (#) field.
• Verify that the reference is correct before proceeding.

Never leave the Hashtag field empty.

Entering an incorrect reference or leaving the field empty may prevent the system from correctly identifying and processing your transaction.

Unable to find your Hashtag?

Check the transaction history of your sending wallet or exchange.
